Location was close to the bus station but further away from the main attractions. Room was clean and well-maintained. Drinking water was provided as well, and the toilet had all the essential items. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Had a fantastic stay at Bypillow San Mamés Hotel! Prime location near San Mamés Stadium, modern and clean room, and friendly staff. Comfy bed for a great night's sleep. Delicious breakfast and excellent service. Highly recommend for a Bilbao visit! Will definitely return.

I think it would be incredible if it were a little bigger than 80cm, it was missing a large body towel, the coat rack is at the same time the coffee table... which It made it impossible to hang clothes like long jackets and boil water...
