The hotel is centrally located, clean, new... In that sense it is very good but they put us in a handicapped room, the closet was very low and you couldn't hang anything long, the shower had a curtain and it stuck to you when you showered apart from that was flooding. The receptionist, very nice and friendly, apologized to us and told us that there was no more free room and that in that hotel the disabled room was considered a normal room.

Very centrally located hotel, near the old center and the "Gran Via". Modern decorated.
Nice room with a good bed. Bathroom with a very good shower.
Nice and cozy bar.
Breakfast good, but choice somewhat limited.

Unfortunately for the expense that I incurred, although the location was excellent, we had a room that did not reflect our expectations in the slightest or in any case the indications given on the platform. The room was tiny and had a disabled bathroom which was very inconvenient for us. No services or supplies inside except towels. I don't usually leave this type of review but for the amount spent I didn't expect this service.
