Zero Rating for this poorly managed place. They have no customer care and this place has zero hygiene and management.

Room was way too hot. Asked for air con to be turned on - staff member came into the room around 1am to try to turn it on and was on his phone - woke up the entire room! He was also very rude the following evening.

The service could do better. When I arrived, he was told to sit down and wait 2 minutes, so he made me wait 30 minutes. I wouldn't recommend it.

Very good experience in the hostel. Near the historic center, about 10 minutes and the bus and train stations. As for the services and attention, very good in general. Each room has its own bathroom. The facilities are very good and clean. Excellent attention from the reception staff. To say something worse about the site, the location is a bit noisy and a lot of light enters through the window at night.

Totally recommended accommodation. The entrance to both the hall and the rooms work by codes that they send you by WhatsApp, call by phone to specify the reservation and the girl who attended me was super friendly. Shared rooms have one bathroom per room. Very comfortable bed, clean and very soft sheets. Very clean room, it has many lockers. The common area has a microwave, toaster, fridge, as well as film and aluminum foil for common use. Super good.

Good location, close to the Abando train station and close to the old town on foot. I was in a 6 bedroom. Clean.
