Bad hotel, did not get the room that was advertised. It was half the size. I know this because we knew someone who had the same room style booked and their room was bigger.
Trip.com weren’t aware of this. Didn’t know they had the wrong photos up for the room. We basically stayed in a room the size of the bed with no room to move around..
Put in a complaint only got $100 back. Via trip.com
This will be the main reason I never book through trip.com again

lovely experience at the Autograph, staff was really friendly and the location was perfect - you could walk to many places. there are food available in the late night in the vicinity as well. the rooftop bar has a great view for an afternoon cerveza! room was comfortable and had sufficient space for 2 person.

Looks very classy, but is let down by service and finish. Parking was requested during the booking, but on arrival was told that it was full and would have to go elsewhere. Multiple faults with the room (A/C, TV, safe), which should have been checked.
Overall, there are better hotels to stay in Bilbao if a similar price point.

The hotel management is terrible, I don't recommend staying here. There was blood on the quilt. The hand sanitizer bottle in the toilet was filled with body lotion. After I gave it to the front desk, no one came to replace the hand sanitizer. I went to the front desk again to ask for hand sanitizer and waited for half an hour. The toilet drainage system had a peculiar smell. After the front desk changed the room, there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in the new room. At more than ten o'clock in the morning, the waiter swiped the room card twice to push the door to enter.
