Service: Warm reception at the front desk. Arrived at the hotel early. Upgraded to a better room for 5 euros and checked in immediately.
Environment: In the pedestrian street of the old city. There are many shops downstairs. There is everything you need.
Sanitation: Very good.

A very comfortable stay, bed was comfy, room quite dark, We slept very well. We got an upgrade on our room, to a balcony room, which was nice. Staff very friendly. Clean modern hotel. Will return. Very central to bars, shops, metro. Cafe downstairs.

Great hotel, spacious and clean rooms, perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. It is (not yet) possible to book HP or AI, but that is not necessary with about 100 breakfast and dinner bar/restaurants around the hotel..
