No reception in hotel, very bad customer service. I have booked standard studio room, but received basic room with no normal bed , just mattress on the floor. Hotel not resolved the problem… not answering in my massages. I not recommend this hotel…

It is a very nice apartment in the center of Bilbao, location is unbeatable and has almost anything you need for a good stay for a few days. Totally automatic check in, check out and entrance, which makes it comfortable to handle from your phone directly. Nice place to stay overall

The room was ok ish but was not given the correct room did not book foldable bed which was very uncomfortable. We are not students we are pensioners. Flashing lights on ceiling in both parts of the room kept us awake so unnecessary did not even know what they were for. Check in was terrible no communication about online check as did not receive any e-mails prior to arriving so was stranded outside front entrance until a cleaner let us into the lobby waited ages for someone to come and help as no one around spoke english and we had no instructions. Check out was just as bad as promise of being able to leave luggage was a joke. I contacted day before to ask someone to meet us 2 family's were waiting and nobody bothered to come even though they lie and say they did. They just could not be bothered after all they already had your money. Apart from all that had a lovely holiday in Bilbao but will never return to any of these apartments. Stay Clear.

Lovely studio for short stay Lovely studio apartment - more than enough room for a 2 night stay, and the layout and design is really modern yet feels welcoming. Lots of lovely little touches, amenities and storage. I arrived early and enquired about early check in, which they were very accommodating of. Bed was incredibly comfortable and our room overlooked the courtyard so was mostly quite quiet. Will definitely check out other locations!

The place looks amazing on pictures , looks new and stylish but not comfortable as every hotel should be , there was this hidden bed under a step , could be actually a kids room . Not an ideal design for a hotel room with the concept of a RESTING place

I enjoyed the room details and well thought out details such as scissors! No one ever had scissors!
