С точки зрения дизайна - это хороший красивый отель. Удобный матрас, меню подушек, фен, банные принадлежности… но!! Кофе машина в моем но ере не работала, полное отсутствие шумоизоляции. Было ощущение что я спала на улице среди толп гуляющей молодежи (а отель находится непосредственно в квартале casco viejo). Вешалка для верхней одежды располагается прямо над чайником и кофемашиной. То есть чайник надо кипятить так, чтобы пар не попадал на плащ…? Крайне опасные ватные палочки. Я пришла при check-out к администратору и показала как одним движением можно проколоть себе нечаянно барабанную перепонку. А ценник за ночь совсем не маленький. У меня нет желания рекомендовать этот отель для комфортного проживания и знакомства с Бильбао. Увы

Came here in March 25 for the football. A lovely city and a fabulous hotel. Very chic with high end furnishings including fridge, coffee machine and new bathrooms. Lovely breakfast and a very pleasant and attentive staff at all times of the day. Great location in the old town. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The room was a good size, comfortable and well stocked for a weekend away. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly and the location is fab! While you are in the thick of it with lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep we had no noise issues at all, even during Carnival! Would highly recommend this hotel!

I had a nice stay in Zaragoza, the room was very clean and well appointed. There’s a small but very nice lounge downstairs where you can have a drink. There’s location was great, right across from the food hall and all kinds of transportation. The breakfast was excellent, in a relaxing quiet room with great service.

This hotel is beautiful. It is so well located near the tram and in a very central location in the old town. The staff are very informative and helpful. The girls that prepare and serve breakfast are so lovely. The breakfast is fabulous. We have travelled to many cities - most hotels are not as good as this. We will come back here DV. Catherine Duffy

Excellent hotel, tastefully decorated. Breakfast was excellent. Service and cleanliness were excellent. Very friendly and attentive staff. They treated us very well and we felt at home. We will definitely return to Bilbao because it was too short and of course we will stay at the Goien.

Newly opened hotel in the heart of Bilbao's old town. Unbeatable value for money. Perfect rest thanks to the mattress and high quality bedding. Nespresso coffee machine in the room and quality amenities. Very careful design both in the bathroom and in the room. It is well worth having breakfast at Goien. Delicious hot dishes and a very varied selection in the buffet. Highly recommended.
