Booked family room. Clean room spacious. Food was good. Cons1. Poor service 2. Despite request and assurances we didn’t get tea while checking out in morning. 3. Ac irregular overall decent place for a day.

Rooms are clean. Services are prompt. Biggest advantage is there is a sweet/snacks (dudi sweets) shop just adjacent to the hotel. We booked super deluxe room with breakfast. In the breakfast they have a loo parantha & poha. Only disadvantage is that the hotel is not near to bikaner railway station but near to lal garh railway station.

It was one of the good hotel in bikaner rajasthan, good food and staff behaviour is outstanding and they were cooperative too. And reasonable price for stuff. Overall 5/5

It was a good stay. I liked the hotel. Only problem i faced was a foul smell in washroom. Rest stay was comfortable.
