Narendra Bhawan is a beautiful mesmerising experience. It combines bold colours and rare antiques in a Royal setting. The management and staff are extremely courteous and helpful. A special word of thanks to Shivani Chauhan at front office for taking extra care about the fine points.

I stumbled across Bikaner and this hotel 6 years ago when it had just reopened after it’s refurbishment and I was just blown away by it’s totally unexpected refined Art Deco elegance. Always a bit wary of “returning”anywhere I found it even better than before. The outdoor dining, with the perfectly appropriate ambient music.The rooftop pool, the beautiful inner courtyard etc etc etc. It is truly one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Small and intimate, every detail has been lovingly thought out, the decor and the collection of Art Deco objet d’art is exquisite, the staff are so professional fune and delightful and the food is ABSOLUTELY DIVINE. The down pillows were so beautiful to sleep on that I just had to buy one, I have never found this quality in Australia. No future visit to India will ever be without another stay here.

We travelled to Bikaner just to stay at this hotel and I’m so happy we did. Every aspect is perfection, the interior design is like something out of a 1930’s movie, with subtle jazz music playing to achieve the ambiance. The food is beyond your average Indian menu, with every dish being a delight, so good we ate at the restaurant everynight. Rooms and beds are exquisite ( we even purchased their down pillows to take home) Last but not least the friendly attentive staff who all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! What a fantastic little gem of a hotel, well worth a trip to Bikaner!

The stay was comfortable and the food was amazing. The deserts are a must try ***** with the authentic Rajasthani food. The pool party and the evening get together in the courtyard are a treat. A must visit with family and friends during ones trip to Rajasthan and Bikaner....

Overall a very pleasant stay. I was upgraded to a Prince room with no view, but it was comfortable. As a 5 star hotel, robes and slippers should be in the room instead of available on request and the coffee facility should be an espresso machine, not a kettle for instant coffee. I had some annoying maintenance issues in the room but all were responded to promptly. Food and service was very good..extremely nice staff, very polite. I had a delicious dinner there on my first night. Excellent spa services. My biggest issue is that the hotel is really quite contemporary inside of a beautiful shell. I preferred the other properties Lal Garh and Laxmi Vilas which retain their historic ambience and are authentic palace hotels. NB is decorated in an Art Deco style but does not feel authentic.

When style meets elegance and granduer. An awesome stay with family during the vacation. Great food served with warmth and care. Staffs are very cordial and friendly. Overall tyhe stay was very satisfying and wonderful with lots of pleasant moments to cherish.
