An unexpectedly pleasant and cozy hotel, especially considering the reasonable price. Located in a quiet area, there is room service (though “pure vegetarian”). Spacious, clean room, barred balcony. Special thanks for the fan heater - it really helped to warm up after a long trip on a tuk-tuk at dusk. I recommend the hotel!

The hotel is situated in a good location, close to my workplace. The property is nice, but they need to improve the food quality. Location serene but away from the city. Very poor staff. Not knowledgeable. No wifi facility. Housekeeping did not replenish the tea-coffee counter, only after asked for. While checking out they billed for stay whereas it was already paid in advance

I booked a bigger room and got the same one as shown in pictures. Room was clean. Also it already had a kettle and a room heater in it. Staff was very polite. Food quality, taste and price was extremely good. Staff was polite enough to arrange the free breakfast within my room itself. Overall, very good experience. If in future, i go to bikaner, hotel heeralal will be my first choice for stay.

I stayed in a super deluxe room. It is very good with all amenities. Clean spacious bathroom. Food is really excellent.
