Was a very average hotel. Staff was not trained at all, had no communication at all. There was a party taking place in the open, loud music kept us awake till past midnight.

The hotel provided exceptional service during my stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, and housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining it. The hotel's dining options were diverse and delicious, and room service was prompt. The concierge was knowledgeable and helpful in arranging activities and transportation. Everything is good about the property. We stayed in a cottage that was quite comfortable. There are 2 swimming pools, hence they don't get too crowded. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Following improvements are suggested:
1. Wifi could be better 2. The breakfast spread could be bit more elaborate.
