少有的收按金的酒店。客房服務主管及服務員都熱情，服務周到。房間也大，衹是圖片與實際稍有不符。衞生間門設計稍不合理，推開即擋住洗手盆，洗個手要反覆開關門。
衞生間四周由於潮濕有點黑污漬，建議老闆買點84消毒劑噴霧劑噴噴，很快潔凈如新。
另，從地下車庫到該酒店電梯不直達，必須到一樓後走一下樓梯及彎道再轉電梯才能到達所住樓層。且地下車的樓道周邊污濁不堪，這是這棟樓過於陳舊原因所致，不是酒店原因。

到七星關區辦事入住，前台小姐姐服務熱情還升了個級，房間寬敞明亮乾淨，樓下吃的也多，葯房超市都有

帶小孩的一定不要選擇複式的，我家小孩就愛怕，但是上面有很大空隙，就怕掉下來，衞生的話很一般，很多角落都沒有清理乾淨，最差的還是設施，那個熱水不是24小時的，開始熱，後面冷，害得洗樂個冷水澡，總的來説，帶娃不推薦！

不錯不錯，位置很好，就是用品不太齊全，吹風壞了沒修，但是有備用，但是沒有一次性拖鞋就不太方便，裏面的拖鞋不敢穿

住跑廟差不多，衣櫃都沒有衣櫃門，電視還打不開。衞生間一般。那個洗頭膏差得很。衞生差。給人感覺心裏住得一點不好。有很想離開的感覺
