Excellent 1 night stay , the room was adequate for what we needed before onward travel to Edinburgh , breakfast was fantastic and the hotel is centrally located in the high street close to pubs and Indian resturant ,would definatley stay again

Booked three rooms for two nights as we were in Biggar for a family wedding. All three rooms were very good, particularly rooms 3 & 4. Very modern, large walk in shower. Room 9 was also very good, but as in the older part of the building, the bathroom was older in design. We were met on arrival by Kathy who was very helpful. Breakfasts were excellent and all staff we encountered were delightful. Would definitely return.

We were in Biggar for a wedding in Cornhill Castle. The breakfast was lovely at the Kirkstyle and the hotel was central to everything in Biggar. Unstaffed after 8pm, but that is fine, as you have a key to get in. Was only 5 minutes taxi ride away from the wedding venue.

After staying at the Kirkstyle hotel,I feel repelled to let people know how lovely and characteristic the hotel is.The staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful.The food was excellent waffles were fabulous and so were the eggs Benedict. Our room was beautiful and very well decorated and spacious. The beds were very comfy and relaxing. There was loads of stuff to do. The hotel is very well situated in the centre of Biggar. If visiting this area again I will definitely stay here.

This hotel was disgusting. As soon as we entered I was charged £120 then we were shown to our room.Well we were so disappointed with it we walked straight out again. On there website it looked beautiful unlike the awful room we were given.It was out the back of the hotel the carpet was grubby the furniture was ready for the bin and the bathroom wasn't great. The bedroom door lock was bad but what really put us off was the chain on the door making us feel uncomfortable..

We enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay while visiting friends. The hotel is very comfortable and situated in the center of town on the high street. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the Eggs Benedict. This hotel allows dogs which is wonderful.

We had a two night stay for a nearby wedding. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The very best of the Hotel was the breakfast. The food was good quality and well cooked served by lovely friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
