Otelde bir gece konakladık. Temizlik ***et iyiydi, girişte herhangi bir aksaklık yaşamadık, hızlıca giriş yaptık. Resepsiyonda görevli olan beyefendi ***et yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Bu zamanda küçük yerlerde dahi uygun fiyata otel bulmak pek mümkün değilken Zeynep Hatun fiyat performans noktasında oldukça başarılı. Gönül rahatlığıyla gidebilirsiniz. Kahvaltısı yeterli, klasik bir kahvaltı tabağı, ekstra bir beklentiniz yoksa karnınız doyar. Teşekkür ediyoruz otel görevlilerine..

10.09.2022 tarihinde Biga'ya gelip otele giriş yapıp, odamıza çıkmak istedik, aldığımız cevap "15.00 dan önce olmaz, 16.00 da olabilir." Antalya'dan 12 saat yolculuk yaptıktan sonra 15 kişi kahvede zamanın geçmesini bekledik. Odamızı 15.35 alabildik. Verdikleri oda daha boşaltılmamıştı ve kalan kişinin çamaşırları yatağın üstündeydi. Reception a inip durumu anlattık başka oda aldık. O odanında banyo kapısı kapanmıyor, lavabo musluğu sallanıyor, tuvalet su akıtıyordu. 16 saat yolculuktan sonra duş alalım dedik sıcak su yok. Receptiona inip sıcak su olmadığını söyledik, aldığımız cevap "Biga genelinde sıcak su problemi var" (ne demek se ???). Halbuki yan taraftaki otelde kalan arkadaşların sıcak suyu vardı. Özellikle geç gelip, erken gidelim diye önceden kahvaltıyı 08.30 alalım dedik. 2 kere receptiona haber verdik onlarda tamam dedi. Sonuç: sabah kahvaltı yok. Sorduğumuzda kahvaltıyı hazırlıyacak kişi uyuya kalmış oldu. Daha önce de gittiğimiz kahvede çay, simit kahvaltı yaptık ve Biga yı terkettik. Afganistan da dahil bir çok otelde kaldım. Böyle kötü bir otel görmedim. Bu oteli sececekler başka otel baksınlar. Kesinlikle kimseye ÖNERMİYORUM.
