The Downstairs features amazing views of Lake Powell, Navajo Mountain, Lone Rock and Grand Escalante Staircase. The two bedrooms are furnished with soft, luxurious, comfortable mattresses. Our modern kitchenette is stocked with high end appliances, cookware, air fryer and silverware. The refrigerator and pantry are stocked with beverages, food items and snacks free of charge.. [The Main Living Space] Our downstairs Villa with an open space kitchen and living room boasts of the latest appliances, cookware, utensils, and more. The homes main living space is surrounded by views of Navajo mountain, Lone Rock, Grand Escalante and colorful sunsets with the most amazing morning sunrise. The open floor plan is bright, spacious, with a modern kitchen that opens up to a comfortable living space featuring the most stunning views. [Bedrooms] There are two comfortable bedrooms, which boasts of two (2) Standard size beds and a queen bed in the master suite. (bathrooms) There are two full bathrooms in the Villa. There is a bathroom and shower off the pantry and a bathtub and shower adacent to the two bedrooms. Our large 75" LG Smart TV stations are complete with a variety of streaming apps that are available to you for free. It the perfect place to chill and unwind after a long day of adventure.the There is a remote controlled dune buggy 1/8 scale truck in the pantry to encourage those race habits. [The Outdoor Space] Enjoy our 1.5 acres of prime land overlooking the most beautiful landscape in the world. Wake up every morning to the Navajo sunrise. Its a perfect place to chill on the outside patio tables drinking your favorite coffee, tea or beverage. The property has two BBQs on the patio. One operates on wood block chips of hickory and cherry wood (the ole fashion way) and the second BBQ station is propane. Guest access - Downstairs patio entrance door has a smart lock. Your access code is your last four digits of your mobile number. Boat Tours and Boat Rentals: Lake Powell Boat Tours: Visit Lake Powell Boat Tours at Wahweap Marina. You can go to Lakepowell.com or in person to make reservation. Prices are reasonable $120.00 per adult for dinner cruise and $60.00 for youth. Scenic day tours are less money. The Rainbow Room Restaurant in Wahweap Marina is where you can book your Lake Powell Dinner Tour or Scenic day tour next to the restaurant. It is a great way to see Lake Powell with saftey in mind. Boat Rentals: You can rent a 19' to 21' power boat at Wahweap Boat Rentals. Operated by the same Aramark company as the boat tours. Boat rentals are located in Wahweap Marina. Cost to rent a boat 1/2 day is around $499 and full day $599 (plus tax, etc).
