The cabin I stayed was a certain distance from the check-in front desk. No one brought me a map and I found the wrong place. . The cabin facilities are average, sorry for the high price, there is heating, the environment is good, because in the national park. The phone has a signal. There is paid wifi in the cabin, and there is free wifi at the check-in at the front desk, but the speed is very slow and there is no signal on the mobile phone at the front desk.

It was our first time here and we will be back. It's our new favorite resort. The most outstanding part about our stay was the service. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. If we texted about something (such as a ride to dinner) they were outside our door in minutes. Everyone had a great attitude. We also loved the little touches like a small souvenir gift from housekeeping each night with a nice description of the meaning behind it. We also were really impressed with Sur House restaurant--the service, food and ambiance were all top notch.
