This was the worst stay of my entire life!!!! The fire alarm kept going off, only one towel in the room, and breakfast was burnt!!! I will never stay here again!!!

Harassment
Dominique working the front desk proceeded to tell myy husband se very inappropriate remarks and tried to slander me. Told us that the GM Tracy texted all workers that we were not allowed there anymore simply because i told Dominique not to speak to my husband in that manor.

Staff was lovely. The furniture was worn. The carpet in my room had not been thoroughly vacuumed although everything else seemed clean. They say they offer breakfast but it is really just coffee, cereal and waffles if you want them. Nothing hot. No pastries etc. It seemed to be a place that many of the working guys in the area stayed at. I did not see another woman in the place (outside of staff).

Receptionist are great
The receptionist were excellent. They were so kind and efficient. I had issues with the keys two days in a row and side door would not work using my keys. The rooms are small but clean and do the job, worth the money. Television was not a smart TVbut worked just fine.

This review is for my second solo traveler stay at this hotel. Yes, I liked it so much the first time I stayed here again. I again paid a bit more to get a room with a sofa and very much enjoyed having a place and space to sit for relaxing, reading, and phone calls. The room was clean, including the windows, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. I downgraded to four stars for this stay because the first room I received did not have a rod in the closet and the second room I received did not have a rod in the closet either but Alexis (sp?) at the Front Desk promptly gave me some hangers when I asked for them and I used the shower rod to hang my clothes. I would stay here again.
