Would stay here again
The hotel is in great shape. The bedroom was great and the beds/pillows were super comfortable. The only drawback is the bathroom faucet is miserably designed and flows down very low into the center of the sink (terrible design for anyone wanting to brush their teeth while staying. Lol).
Breakfast was good, tons of options and was available to 10am, which is nice compared to some other hotels. Checkout also was at noon, rather than 11 which I also appreciated.

Bad Night, Poorly Staffed
I was in meetings all day and checked in at about 10PM. The room was clean but very warm, 75 to 80 degrees. I turned on the air conditioner to lower the temp to 70, and about 5 minutes in, the AC started to make a horrible noise that lasted for about 5 minutes. I waited a bit and this process continued about every 20 minutes, 15 minute of quiet and then 5 minutes of horrible rattling, I called the desk and was told they were sorry but the maintenance staff had gone home and that they were full. I had to sleep in a room that was about 80 degrees all night long, and all the hotel staff had to say was "We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay."

The rooms are dated, but very clean. The bathroom was new, very nice. Overall, clean and comfortable, that was all we needed.

Its just ok
We have stayed at this property before and liked it. This time though the mattress was extremly uncomfortable. Felt like it should be replaced. The room wasnt as clean as last uears trip

Vacation
We came to town for a family reunion and love to stay at a Hampton Inn whenever possible, our stay overall did not disappoint. The mini fridge however was not operating properly, the front desk staff attempted to locate one but there none were available. We loved everything else about the room and our two nights there.
