We stayed this past Saturday in a room with a jet tub. After 20 mins of the jets not working i called room service. After some back and forth, someone came to look at the tub and when he took the cover off you could smell it burning. The motor was melting stuff because it was so hot. He told us wait 10 mins, if it works great if not he would move us to a different room. After 10 mins we are told there are no other rooms with a jet tub and theyll give us a discount because we got a "regular room" instead of a jet tub room. The lousy $26 discount (off $146) was charged to us instead of taken off, and then they refunded $52 ( the original refund plus the "accidental" charge) and charged us 52 the same day. So still made it nowehere. Stay elsewhere. Do yourself a favor.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was terrible. My room was dirty. I had to use my own cleaning products to clean the room and on top of that the refrigerator broke in the middle of the night and all my food was spoiled so $75 dollars worth I had to throw out on top Of that when mentioning these issues to management, there was nothin done

Absolutely the worst stay ive had here. The room was old, dirty and had a string smell of mold and decay. The couch and chair were stained so badly i didnt want to sit on them. The noise all night was beyond what you should have to deak with. The breakfast had minimal items with signs out stating equipemt was broken and supplies were hard to find. When i talked to the front desj about the room i was told there was nothing they could do and i would not be abke to get a refund but i could go find another hotel.

Reserved and paid for a suite with soaker tub. Got a room that smelled very musty, no heat, VERY loud refrigerator and a smaller than normal bathtub not anything like the photos.

This hotel has been completely remodeled! Super clean, fridge and microwave in the room. Lots of space. Sofa was great to have. Overall a great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again!!

We stay here frequently for family but when we came in, there was blood stains and unknown substances on the bedding. When we called for clean linen, we were told there’s no housekeeping and we’re staying in a holiday and should expect uncleanliness!! He continued to say we should have called within the same hour of checking in, even though we didn’t use the bed until we needed it!! He did end up bringing us clean sheets but the attitude was palpable and this room was not clean and smells like cigarettes!!!!

Jacuzzi broke in one room, no heat and scummy head prints on the head board by the time we made it our 3rd room was too tired to do anything but go to bed. Had to walk outside to the office each time to get a new room key.
Breakfast in the morning, had to wake up and walk to continental breakfast that woul xould not take to our room. Walk back, get dressed to check out, walk back finally get to sit down and eat breakfast as we watch at least 4 different peiple with plates full of food walk out and hwad to their rooms.Not somewhere i would stay at again and definitely not recommend to a friend.
