Decent for a weekend getaway Hotel was decent. You can tell they are making changes for the better. We were told that the hot tub was working but unfortunately it was not. We even called in advance.

There was blood on my sheets day 1. I had NO cable for the entire stay. I asked for a refund, however was only granted 1 night. It was the e absolute worst stay ever. I will not be back

College graduation stay Stay was overall good. We stayed for my son’s college graduation, only one elevator was working, pool was freezing, hot tub was not hot and jets did not work. My parents asked for a king room and they got two queens. And their air conditioner was not working.

That it was a larger lobby and breakfast area than normal, probably because it originally was a Holiday Inn. Friendly personnel. Didn't like that yhe restaurant was gone, didn't like the low toilets, didn't like that there were no instructions regarding the tv or working the remote. We couldn't get it to change channels-- so no tv.

Poor hotel but friendly staff Staff was very friendly. Hotel lobby was nice, beyond that it needs a lot of work and updates. Breakfast variety was great but food wasn’t very warm and most drink choices were out. There was 2 out of 6 available. Pool area was in rough condition meaning walls, ceiling, rotted wood around outside doors. Hot tub extremely hot 108 degrees and cloudy(didn’t look clean) and pool chilly so couldn’t enjoy either. First room was dirty, not vacuumed(food and ear plug on floor in plain sight and next to bed) or swept, stained curtains, ripped material in headboard, carpet coming away from wall and staples exposed, mouse poop on bed. Second room not vacuumed(food on floor) or swept, glass shower doors very dirty like they haven’t been washed in weeks. Almost went and stayed at different hotel. Never been to a holiday inn express that looked like this, they’re usually top notch.

Not the worth the money... The staff was not attentive, i stood at the desk waiting for someone help me for around 8 minutes just to watch what i believe was a manager come out and text in front of me and not even acknowledge i was 2 ft in front of her. None of the door handles worked the first time you tried to use them and our 'remodeled room' was trash. Only new paint which ******. Everything in the room was clearly old as it was covered in dust and still had wrappers in the fridge from the previous people. There was literally active water dripping into the pool room when it rained by the exterior door and the hot tub jets didn't work, had many gross things floating around in it as well. Pipes and random stuff laying around....

Not impressed Our bathroom was dirty under the vanity, dead bugs in the light. Garbage under the bed skirt. The pool was ice cold, there was sharp piece of plastic on the bottom of the pool my grand daughter stepped on. The hot tub was cloudy and full of hair. It also had ants into it. The paint around the top edge of the hot tub was flaking off and falling into the hot tub. The hot tub jets did not work. The ceiling had fallen in and it was cleaned up but not repaired. The chair rail in the hall had thick dust on them. The bathroom room wall looked thike it had black mold on it above the mirror.

Not the best The hotel seemed to be clean and the breakfast/cafe area was very nice. Staff was friendly. They are in the middle of renovating and and we got a 'renovated' room. For some reason, they decided to replace blackout curtains with flimsy white vinly blinds that block Zero light while sleeping! It was awful! Our kids kept waking up thinking it was almost morning when it was still the middle of the night. We were all exhausted the next day. Also, the renovations looked like they were done by my 9yo. I cant believe Holiday Inn is ok with how this room was redone and put together. I will not be staying at Holiday Inns again if this is what I can expect.
