Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel für eine Nacht. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen im Herzen von Bietigheim-Bissingen. An der Rezeption wurden wir schon sehr freundlich begrüßt und wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und stilvoll gestaltet. Unser Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss und das Viadukt lies keine Wünsche offen. Am Abend waren wir dann im Restaurant und hatten ein Viergangmenü. Es war ein perfektes Essen, wir waren begeistert. Danke auch nochmal an die sehr aufmerksamen, freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten einen gelungenen Abend mit gehobenen Essen, geschmacklich sehr gut und die Größe der Portionen perfekt. Das Frühstück war sehr stilvoll angerichtet und lies auch keine Wünsche offen.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrn der Geschäftsleitung, Zum zweiten mal war ich nun enttäuscht von dem Restaurant. Zu meinem Geburtstag war ich bei Ihnen mit einen Fensterplatz zum Bach. Leider war dort alles voller Zigaretten Kippen voll. Auf dem Tisch und Boden. Leider in Maßen und das war nicht schön anzuschauen. Das Schnitzel war alles andere als knusprig, vielmehr kam es mir vor wie im Vakuum Beutel warm gemacht. Heute am 16.08.2024 besuchet ich ihr Restaurant wieder und ich wurde schroff angegangen ob ich drin sitzen wolle, da ich zielstrebig auf den Platz zugegangen bin wie immer. Das Restaurant ist wie immer mittags leer. Am zweier Tausch wäre ich genau richtig und darf mich setzen. Beim weglaufen sagte er zu seinen Kollegen „ das gibt es doch nicht“! Gutes Personal schweigt.
