Hotel location is good, in the city center, the surrounding facilities are perfect, there is a Chinese restaurant within a few minutes walk. The front desk brother is very polite and enthusiastic, the room is newly renovated, clean and tidy. The underground parking lot located below the hotel is operated by a third party and the parking fee is 12 euros/night, which is a bit unexpected.

The location is very good, the train station is the hotel at the door, the taxi is very convenient, there are also Chinese restaurants nearby, the room is large, and the price is not expensive, come to this small city to recommend staying here.

Ok, the night is really cheap and the hotel is right at the main railway station - there should be the expectation as appropriate. Rooms were OK - small but clean, not superfluous snack, just a night option. The price is really very good for a city centre location. The hotel has a free parking for guests, not very large, but nevertheless. Breakfast I didn't try. You are at the main train station in a few minutes walk and from there you are also fast in the city centre. The check-in machine has not worked. Since the reception is not always occupied at weekend, the hotline has to run. Fortunately, the staff was accessible and arrived after a few minutes and made the check-in in the oldest way. Such a machine is an excellent idea in itself if the reception is not occupied - but it should also work reliably. Unfortunately, a tube had appeared to have dropped in the bathroom, thus it smelled badly in the room. After all the outflows have been washed, it has been done. This could also be done proactively...

Ive been trying to write this review for the last week but my experience was so positive, I havent been able to find the right words. Let me start with this, I did not want to leave home. 3 weeks is a long time away from home! I had to for work. Business travel. However, Staying at the LÉGÈRE EXPRESS in downtown (mitte) Bielefeld was amazing and really helped make my trip unforgettable. Everything was very clean, the view was so beautiful, and I was pretty happy with the quality of food that was served for breakfast. (Much lighter than the heavy American breakfast I'm used to) Lobby personel kept an eye on everything and made me feel secure, no weirdos or strangers walking around inside and the parking lot is very secure. I would have to say most importantly was the staff. The staff was just so nice I felt as if they went above and beyond the line of duty to help you. Truly to make you feel like at home. I'd like to give a shout out to Henk! Hank helped me improve my German very quickly, taught my co-workers and I about local culture, best places to eat, best beer and just oveall made us feel... not so far from home, (if that makes any sense). All while running a tight ship. A true Hospitality professional! I would also like to bring attention to one of the hostesses, Alialexandra (Im so sorry if I spelled that wrong). She is very perceptive and is very fast to help. I feel as if she also is a true Hospitality professional. Literally, my only complaint about this place is the selection of beer that they keep in the kiosk. Thanks for everything LÉGÈRE EXPRESS! 5 stars!

Wir planten zu sechst ein Familientreffen in Bad Salzuflen. Es passte zunächst alles! Der Zeitpunkt, das Wetter, die Stimmung und das Hotel. Ein freundlicher Empfang sorgte zunächst dafür, daß wir ,2 gehbehinderte Paare, kostenlose reservierte Parkplätze erhielten. So etwas hebt schon die Stimmung. Das dann in Anspruch genommene barrierefreie Zimmer war ideal und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sauber, groß und genügend Bewegungsfreiheit! Ein ganz kleinen Hinweis würde ich geben, bitte das WC Becken etwas höher. Auch unsere erwachsenen Kinder hatten ein großes, sehr gut eingerichtetes Zimmer. Allein die Enkel fanden ihr Bett etwas schmal. Kein Problem für den freundlichen und wendigen Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Er versprach ein Upgrad, wenn Gäste nicht anreisen würden. So kams dann auch und 6 strahlende Gesichter konnten sich den angebotenen Highlights der Stadt widmen. Doch dann kam es dicke und gleich doppelt. Krankheit und Missgeschicke zwangen uns zur sofortigen Rückreise. Jetzt ging es um Schadensbegrenzung! Dem Hotel sollte kein Schaden entstehen und wir wollten unseren begrenzen. Nach Schilderung der Sachlage konnten wir wir bei der Hotelleitung auf ein gewisses Verständnis bauen und man kam uns zur Schadensminderung kulant entgegen. Dafür sprechen wir unseren ausdrücklichen Dank aus! Für uns ist es Pflicht und ein dringendes Bedürfnis recht bald wieder einzukehren. Nach einem hervorragendem Frühstück traten wir einigermaßen getröstet unsere Heimreisen an. Manfred

When we wanted to check in at Hotel Wali yesterday, the water damage in the EC immediately irritated us. Our rooms were really in a desolate state. Scrapped furniture, loose cable that hang out of the wall. Shampoo in the shower, polluted heat bodies and defected light switches. It was so bad for us that we went back to the reception right away with our baggage. Your cancellation was immediately accepted and the above problems were put on the cleaning forces, which was absolutely uncomprehensible for us. This kind of hotel should not be offered anymore. There should never be any more!!!!!!

Wir waren neulich im COURT HOTEL in Halle (Westfalen). Das COURT HOTEL ist ein 4Sterne Hotel welches direkt neben der OWL Arena ist. Das Hotel war, bei unserem Aufenthalt, bedingt barrierefrei. Das soll bedeuten... man sollte als Rollifahrer möglichst NICHT OHNE BEGLEITPERSON anreisen. Das Zimmer (wir bewohnten ein ”Comfort Zimmer”): Das Zimmer verfügt über eine 90cm Tür welche NICHT automatisch schließt, was es Rollifahrern extrem erleichtert das Zimmer zu ”betreten”. Dann wird es allerdings eng... auf der linken Seite ist zunächst eine ”Kofferbank” an die sich Regal, welches als offener Schrank fungieren soll, anschließt. Hier ist auch ein Safe verbaut! Nach etwa 90cm Freiraum schließt sich dann, unter dem 37” Flat TV ein Tisch an (etwa 150cm?) der am Ende mit einem eingebauten Getränkekühlschrank abschließt. Anschließend sind bis zur Wand wieder etwa 85-90cm Rangierfläche. Durch die Möbelierung ist die ”Durchfahrtsbreite” zum linken Bett (nur das ist leider für Rollifahrer nutzbar) nur etwa 82-85cm breit. Auch der Platz zwischen Bett und Fenster ist etwa 85cm breit. Das heißt man muss ganz schön zirkeln um den Rolli in eine gute Position zu bekommen um sich ins Bett zu heben. Die Betten sind, nicht an Kopf und Fußteil verstellbare, Boxspringbetten welche eine Bodenfreiheit von etwa 10cm haben und durch einen MemoryFoamTopper angenehm hoch zum ”Besteigen” sind. Dieser Topper mach das Bett auch unglaublich bequem was für einen ausgezeichneten Schlaf sorgt! Leider ist das Telefon für den Rollifahrer nicht so leicht erreichbar da es sich auf dem rechten Nachttisch befindet. Das Bad: Das Bad ist gut ausgestattet mit einer bodentiefen Dusche. Das Waschbecken ist unterfahrbar, hat allerdings keine Haltegriffe rechts und links. Der Spiegel ist gut aus dem Rolli einsehbar! Die Toilette hängt höher als eine normale Toilette. Ich schätze so auf 53-55cm. Leider ist auf der rechten Seite KEIN Griff was die Benutzung ohne Begleitperson dann doch recht schierig macht. Die Toilette ist von links und von vorn anfahrbar und verfügt über einen Stützklappgriff auf der linken Seite! Die Griffe in der Dusche, die über einen an der Wand verschraubten Klappsitz verfügt, befinden sich dann ausnahmslos an der rechten Seite und der Klappsitz ist, durch die gläserne Duschwand, nur von vorn anfahrbar. Ein Notrufsystem ist leider nicht vorhanden! Das Hotel an sich: Um in den Speisesaal zu gelangen, muss man einen Rolliaufzug benutzen (das Personal ist hierbei gerne behilflich). Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und ausreichend. Leider gibt es jedoch keine veganen Yoghurtalternativen oder Gemüsecremes fürs Frühstück! Vegetarier werden aber ganz sicher nicht verhungern 😉 Das Hotel verfügt über ein Schwimmbad und mehrere Saunen/Dampbad. Trotz einer langen Rampe in den Wellnessbereich führt, sind diese Einrichtungen jedoch nicht von Rollifahrern nutzbar, da man, um diese zu betreten dann doch noch einmal 3 Stufen überwinden müsste! Perfekt gelegen gegenüber dem Marta Museum, zur Innenstadt wenige Minuten, toller Rundgang über den Wall ganz um Herford herum ( 1Stunde). Sehr saubere Zimmer zuvorkommender Service, neues Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Parkhaus!

I have stayed a good number of times at the Park Hotel over the past years. I am never disappointed and the staff always make me feel very welcome. The following items make all the difference for me, as a business traveller. The room is very comfortable, with a good selection of ”accessories” such as soaps, shoe shine kits, room slippers, robes, paper, pens and even a postcard that reception will post free of charge for you. The air-conditioning is effective. There are plenty of electrical sockets for charging and powering laptops , phones etc. but please note that the power to these devices is switched off when you turn off the lights at night. This was a surprise to me. The quality of the food in the restaurant is excellent, and the menu is interesting and varied. The Park Hotel is everything that I seek in a business class hotel and I will always stay there when I am in Guetersloh, and with only a 5-minute walk from the station it is easily accessible without incurring high taxi costs.
