Unsere Firma buchte dieses Hotel für eine Geschäftsreise für 2 Übernachtungen. Nach der Bezahlung der Rechnung wurde durch den Mitarbeiter festgestellt, dass ein Frühstück zu viel abgerechnet wurde. Unsere Firma hat sofort mit dem Hotel kontakt aufgenommen, ohne Erfolg. Man wird immer wieder per Mail und Telefon vertröstet, dass die Buchhaltung sich darum kümmert, seit 4 Monaten. Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich! Buchen wir nicht mehr! das Geld werden wir wahrscheinlich auch nicht sehen.

Es reicht für eine Übernachtung. Sauberes kleines Zimmer, sauberes Bad, etwas zu weiches Bett, sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet im Restaurant nebenan. Etwas laut wegen Straßenlärm. Aber zentral am Rand der Fußgängerzone.
