Zzzpace Smart-Hotel Bielefeld Zentrum

The room was very clean and spacious. The location was great as it was right next to the city centre and close to the train station. The book store next to it was so big and great for book lovers. I would definitely book it again if I am staying in Bielefeld.

Excellent location. Not well equipped for work my stay was ok. the location was very good. the room was also good although not very cozy. a rug on the floor in the room will help to prevent an echo and make the stay more pleasant. If you travel for business and plan to occasionally work from the hotel, this is not the place. there is no comfortable desk and chair. the entrance into the building is not a very comprehensive one. you must ensure that you have internet on your phone and read instructions. otherwise, it will take you some time to figure out how to open the door.

The hallways smelled bad and the railings were dirty, to a point you had to wash your hands. Questions to parking were unanswered, I ended up paying €24 for parking. I don’t recommend it and won’t book it again, to expensive for self serve accommodations. Poor communication and no number to call.

Central location, total privacy and ease of check-in, check-out, etc. Very modern and extremely clean facilities. Very comfortable bed. Large flat screen television with a wide range of channels. Fully functional kitchen with all necessary utensils. Extremely large and comfortable bathroom. Excellent water pressure.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and experienced exceptional service throughout. The room was exactly as pictured—if not better! It came equipped with all the necessary amenities and features as listed on the website. Communication with the Zzzpace team was outstanding, providing clear and sufficient guidance for both the check-in and check-out processes. Their quick responses and kindness made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated right in the center of the city. It’s close to everything, including markets, restaurants, stores, and public transportation. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in the city!
