Good place to relax and take a break from the busy city life. Def won’t be disappointed! They even provide a free shuttle to bring hotel guests to the blue pond at night

Best experienced ever! Very recommend for couple or family. The hotel’s view was so amazing for us, everywhere so romance view for us. The room was so big and beautiful with Japanese room style. For the onsen was so good both inside & outside bath spring. Very easy to walk to Shirogane waterfall point only 2 minutes walk. Great hotel with reasonable price with 2 meals.

The bathroom is quite small. We rather book the traditional tatami room instead.

Hotel right above Whitebeard Falls. It's clean and the location is good. The large communal bath and open-air hot spring are also nice. I like the bath products provided and my body feels smoother.

When you come to Hokkaido to enjoy snow bathing hot springs, this hotel is absolutely the perfect choice. The price/performance ratio is super high, the shuttle bus is on time, and the hotel service is quite good. It is suitable for families with children, and there is a free bus to take you to Qingchi in the evening. All in all everything was perfect.

A hot spring hotel with a high price-performance ratio. Food and beverages are acceptable, one hotel and two meals. Mainly for traveling by car, there is parking in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.

Japanese-style room, service attitude is very good, there is a free shuttle bus to Asahikawa, and the hot spring is very clean.

The staff is friendly and friendly, but the air conditioner cannot be adjusted, the temperature is very high and hot, and it is impossible to sleep at all. You shouldn't choose to stay here in summer. The hotel should also understand this, basically seeing that other rooms also require a fan⋯⋯. If the air-conditioning problem can be improved, the environment outside the hotel is still good, just above the Longxu Waterfall, and the hot spring is also comfortable.

I wanted to book a 2-person family trip for 3 people for a family trip of 5, but the only room that could sleep 3 people was a tatami room, which was too small. We got 3 rooms for 2 people and 1 person. The room for 2 people was a deluxe twin room, and the room for 1 person was a small room, but since it is not an expensive hotel, it was just that much. The hot spring was okay and the room was clean, but the bathroom was too small and it was nice to have a humidifier and air purifier in the room. The heating was made from oil, so it smelled a lot and gave me a headache. I think it would be difficult to visit again. Breakfast was so-so, and for dinner, the four of us ate together and one person in the single room ate alone. I asked to be allowed to eat together as a group, but the course was different so I was refused. I felt sorry for my husband who ate two meals by himself during our stay.

This is the 3rd hotel in our 4-night itinerary. There were 5 of us in our group, so the tatami room for 3 people was too small, so we booked 3 rooms. 2.2.1 We booked a large room for 2 people and a small room for 1 person, but the dinner menu was different, so my husband ate breakfast and dinner alone. Dinner was so so, but breakfast was Japanese style and not so good. The hot spring was okay. My daughter said the bathroom in the room was like an airplane bathroom. It was so small that it was hard to wash. I went to the hot spring to wash. The biggest problem was that the heating was an oil heater, so it smelled. I don't think I'll visit again. I made a reservation because of Whitebeard Falls, but the overall facilities of the hotel were so-so.

I am satisfied overall. I stayed for two days and the meals came out differently. Blue Lake. It was close to White Beard Falls and it was nice to be able to go to the Furano area in 2-30 minutes.

The hot springs are great, but the attitude of a certain hotel employee when checking in was not very good. I may not choose it next time.

The location is great and the onsen water is really good! Only facilities are a bit old It is inconvenient to go to the annex because there are stairs. I was surprised that there was no air conditioning in the room, but it was cool when I opened the window!
