Réservation non conforme avec la chambre obtenu et demande spécifique pour pathologie non pris en compte.aucun dialogue possible pour trouver un arrangement car on nous a fait comprendre qu'il ne comprenais pas le français ( barrière de la langue) hôtel qui te fait comprendre quand tu n'appartient pas à la classe social de la clientèle habituel.on nous a snobé tout le weekend. Très déçu nous avons passé un très mauvais séjour car très tendue avec l'hôtel. Plus jamais
