It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, very attentive to customers. Hotel with superb ocean view , very Good and varied meals served with kindness. Unlimited fresh water at the bar.Only compliments for this hotel. Come and discover it, you will not be disappointed and bus service to Biarritz and saint jean de luz just across the road.

Excellente vue de la chambre. Idéalement bien placé le bémol le parking Internet dans les chambres inexistant pas de télé connecté. Pas de réfrigérateur beaucoup de sable sur la terrasse de la chambre. Les extérieurs sont à rafraîchir la chambre le petit déjeuner et l’accueil est correct. Je m’inquiète pour la climatisation en été car elle n’est pas Contrôlé par le client. Trop cher

Hôtel bien situé au bord de l’océan. Idéalement situé entre Biarritz et Saint Jean de Luz avec arrêt de bus près de l’hôtel qui permet de balader sans voiture

L'Hôtel Frégate est situé sur une de plages de la commune Bidart à 200 m du bord d'Océan. Position privilégié qui est un de majeur atouts de cet établissement.Personnel est professionnel et très agréable qui contribue aussi à la qualité du séjour. Les chambres ont une surface correcte. Les salles de bain représentent signes de vétusté.

Très bon séjour qualité/prix : literie confortable, vue sur la mer avec balcon, bon dîner "fait maison" et bon petit déjeuner, parking gratuit. Et le tout à côté de la plage ! Très bonne halte reposante au cours de notre voyage.
