Enjoyed the hotel and setting in the mountains. The pool was awesome and the views incredible. Overall a wonderful experience. The food quality was great and definitely enjoyed the Tasting Menu at dinner. Great for a few days of relaxation and hiking in the mountains. The staff was very accommodating. Our room did a a bit of mustiness and pillows were not the best.

This is not a 5* hotel. Exotic B&B and overpriced. Far from everything, you are stuck there. Food menu in the week is mediocre. 1 night they privileged outside clients, we could not have dinner, and were not offered an alternative. Unbelievable.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel has a spectacular location, with a fantastic view. A lot of trekking in the area. Warm welcome and excellent service. We highly recommend and we will come back

You can't fault this beautiful hotel, a real escape in the gorgeous Basque countryside. The restaurant is also excellent. We loved the golf carts to get around too!

We were visiting for a wedding so were unable to make full use of the amenities and enjoy the surrounding area. For our purpose the hotel was a bit remote, but for those wanting a beautiful view and an experience of the wonderful surroundings the hotel is ideal. We were sorry not to have been able to make the most of it, but would recommend it and would stay again if we came to the Basque region.
