Horrible smell across the whole resort! After some quick research, I‘ve found that the local sewage plant is only 100m (!!) away. Manager is denying („you cannot trust Google!“), very rude and says she does not care about customer satisfaction. Very unpleasant experience. Also found that the waste water is going directly into Tagliamento river - which ends 500m away from the beach. See pictures - blue is the resort, red is the sewage plant (don’t wonder about the Gras area - Satellite image from Google still is not updated). I also took a picture of the official resort map. Other things: pool area is large but very slippery and simply consists of a large area without any trees, would have expected a nicer outdoor experience in a so called eco resort. Food is ok but below the price level you have to pay, for the good things (good coffee, icecream) you need to pay extra. Do not waste your money on this scam!

We have visited this resort 3 times already and will be returning shortly at the end of August. One of our stays included breakfast, the other times we were on a self catering basis. The breakfast has always been very good and the staff are always very helpful. We love the concept of this resort and enjoy being on the outskirts of the town. It’s the perfect place to rejuvenate and relax in our opinion, hence why we keep returning. The team have also upgraded us a couple of times where possible, even without request! The pool can get busy at times, but there is also enough space and shade for everyone. The beach is an absolute haven and only a 5 minute walk away. We often walk to a local bakery and enjoy breakfast on the beach. The peace and quiet of this resort is pure bliss and the evenings on the terrace of our bungalow is always a real highlight for us. Lino Delle Fate is the perfect resort for our family and we cannot wait to return in a few short weeks! Family Hendlmaier

There are flies everywhere, in the rooms and at the restaurant. They are crawling on the food. As seen on the uploaded images, one tray of pancakes had five flies on it at the same time. This is not an exaggeration but the general state at the resort 18 July 2022.

A recent campsite, clean, tidy and well adapted to the surrounding environment with a real valorization of the greenery. You forget about the car. Spacious bungalow, with a large well-furnished terrace, large bathroom with comfortable shower, very functional kitchen and complete with the essentials. Wide choice and good quality for breakfast and dinner. Negative notes, if we really want to break the balls, are: 1. dinner times not allowed after 8.30 pm (for us Italians on vacation it is a limit); 2. The queue at the dispensers for water and juices in the morning.

Very nice and large complex! The mobile home was very nice and big and clean! The food was very good! Nice big pool... and the children's pools were great too! It's a short walk to the sea! There are enough places to lie down!

Have been there 4 times already!!!!! Perfect vacation with family. Food and entertainment program suitable for children! Very nice bungalow! Great private beach! Very, very nice staff! Entire complex very clean and well maintained! We'll be happy to come back in 2024!

Very nice hotel. The service is perfect. Very large swimming pool. Large secure car park. The beach is about 15 minutes' walk away. The city center 5 minutes by car. Top I recommend. Very good evening entertainment for children. Top hotel
