It’s a great hotel. The food is great and the location is also fantastic for skieing. The piste is great for kids. It’s a rather small area so the kids are very safe. We have stayed here 3 times already and will probably continue coming back. The hotel is rather warm during winter times.

Just a great place and excellent setting next to the ski slopes! Great options of sport and wellness! A great variety of food at the buffet including healthy ones, a place to remember and definitely to come back to.

Went for skiing holiday with the family. Perfect location right at the slope and the lift. Skiroom, room for shoes, a nice bar, perfect breakfast every morning, here you get everthing you need for a nice holiday!!!

Absolutely loved this place! The decor was funky with the building being a large square with ramps in the middle so you can walk up with your bikes and luggage. The views of the mountains were breathtaking. The breakfast was really good. We had a room for four which had an extra room for storage. All staff were nice and very efficient. The only downside was that it doesn’t have air conditioning but we opened the large window and it was fine.

We have stayed at My Tirol for 5 years now, we have enjoyed and its been a warm welcome every year, staff are always very helpful. Only comment would be, it would be nice to see the buffet meal labels to be in english along with food allergy information

After reading some of the previous reviews I have been not sure, if we pick the right plase. But upon arival, check in and actually the whole stay I realized, that the hotel is really good! We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the whole ambience, great wellness area (BTW, the relax area which is right at the wellness area is pretty small, but there is another big relaxing room on the floor, just 10 m across the coridor. It was not bothering at all to get there. Food was really good. Breakfast with good and wide selection (they make really good omelets), dinner pretty tasty. To me well spent money for the half board. What is fantatstic is the location with proximity to the ski slope. Yes, there are just few slopes in this particular place, but during our stay, there was just a few other skiers. There are skibuses, which could take you to other slopes in Lermoos or to the Zugspitze arena. I would definitelly think about this hotel during our next ski trip planning.

Great hotel with lots of amenities. We traveled with our 10 year old son and the hotel offered everything we could wish for. Great breakfast buffet in the morning and tasty dinner options at night. Clean, comfy, spacious and in a fantastic area with lots to do. We will be back!

The hotel is very large, located on a hill and filled to the brim with guests. Perfectly suited for lovers of winter sports, climbing or hiking in the mountains, people who after an active day relax in the pool, have a drink in the lobby or play billiards. The hotel room has all the necessary amenities for its standard. This is definitely not a hotel for people who relax and enjoy luxurious decor, but more for people who are constantly on the move. At the hotel you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, on warm days on the terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains and horses. However, I do not rate the facility with the maximum number of stars, because I bought the convenience of a mountain view, but it was blocked by a high frosted glass balustrade outside the window. I wouldn't have anything to complain about if it was a balcony, but unfortunately it wasn't a balcony. In addition, there were shavings of glass or some metal on the pool table, invisible to the naked eye, which got into my hand while playing. I was given no help, only a band-aid, and I needed tools to remove the glass from my hand.

This was the fourth time we've stayed at My Tirol as a family. The hotel offers a lot of variety, especially for children aged 6-12. Our children love the pool, cinema, climbing wall, and other games such as billiards and others. For the adults, there is a fitness room, sauna, and a large bar with lots of quiet areas. We always find the food very varied and delicious. There is also a wide variety of vegetarian options. The staff at reception are always very helpful. Rooms are cleaned as needed with a notice on the door, and this has always worked well. We weren't lucky with the snow on the slopes this time. At 12 degrees, the lower part of the slopes was a challenge.
