We had a very nice weekend in the hotel. We were very impressed with the room and the attached thermal baths. The breakfast was OK, but it lacked care and cleanliness. The salad buffet was not particularly attractively presented and the labels left a lot to be desired (e.g. pasta salad, vegetarian or not?) The comments from the service staff, who were mainly trainees, were sometimes very inappropriate. Here are just one or two examples. The comment about the milk leaking at the table was answered with the following sentence: "Oh, it's running like my nose." Another example at breakfast. I have a "full" plate in my hand and the waitress asks: "Can I take it with me?" I just said no, I want to eat it. The waitress then said: "But I want the food. I'm hungry too." Of course, with a laugh afterwards. It was even very unpleasant at times, which we also noticed from the tables next to us. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and had a lovely weekend all round.

Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt im Parkhotel Jordanbad - vor allem von den Zimmern. Wir waren im Haus Hildegard untergebracht. Der Ausblick war auf ein sehr ungepflegtes Stück Wiese vor einem Baustellenschild. Einen Blick in den Park hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt! Im Zimmer selbst fanden wir ein verschimmeltes Weinglas auf der Fensterbank. Die einzige Leselampe am Bett war defekt und obwohl die Dame an der Rezeption versprach, jemanden zu schicken, um die Glühbirne zu wechseln, haben wir auch die zweite Nacht mit unseren Taschenlampen lesend verbracht. Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut. Insgesamt passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis allerdings nicht und wir würden nicht mehr in diesem Haus buchen.

Das Zimmer erwies sich als äußerst ungemütlich und überdimensioniert, was jegliches Wohlgefühl vermissen ließ. Die Beleuchtung war schlichtweg katastrophal und trug nicht zur Schaffung einer angenehmen Atmosphäre bei. Die Einrichtung wirkte billig und entsprach in keiner Weise den zeitgemäßen Standards, die man erwarten dürfte. Das Restaurant, einst möglicherweise ein Highlight, hat seinen Glanz offensichtlich verloren. Gäste sollten sich darauf einstellen, viel Zeit mitzubringen, denn wer auf eine zügige Mahlzeit hofft, ist hier definitiv fehl am Platz. Die angebotenen Speisen waren leider alles andere als schmackhaft. Besonders enttäuschend war das Salatbuffet, das leer vorgefunden wurde. Es bedurfte einer halben Stunde und zweier freundlicher Nachfragen, bis es endlich aufgefüllt wurde. Die lauten Unterhaltungen des Personals am Buffet wirkten zudem unangebracht und störten das ohnehin fragile Ambiente. Insgesamt bleibt festzuhalten, dass sowohl die Räumlichkeiten als auch der Service in erheblichem Maße verbessert werden müssen, um den Ansprüchen der Gäste gerecht zu werden.

Wer sich eine kleine Auszeit gönnen will, ist im Parkhotel und Jordanbad bestens aufgehoben. Wir sind absolute Wiederholungstäter und freuen uns jedes Mal wieder da zu sein. Vom Service übers Essen und Ambiente alles top. Gerne immer wieder.

War alles super Sehr freundlich alles gut Frühstück reichhaltig gut alles was Mann möchte Therme Sehr Groß Saunalandschaft supper Groß und Ruhig passt alles soweit Aufgüsse auch alles dabei was Mann möchte Werden wieder kommen hat uns gefallen ,ich kann das nur weiter empfehlen.

Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker, ebenso das Frühstücksbuffet. Nette Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption! Die Preise für das Essen sind hoch aber fair, da man eine super tolle Qualität bekommt. Die Getränke sind unverschämt teuer! Über 8€ für eine 0,75l Flasche Krumbach Wasser! Auch die Zimmer sind dort unverschämt teuer. In anderen Hotels, die ich weitaus besser finde, zahlt man den Preis den man hier bezahlt pro Nacht und nicht pro Person und Nacht. Unser Aufenthalt dort war sehr angenehm, wir würden es aber aufgrund der unverschämten Preise kein zweites Mal buchen. So toll fanden wir es dann doch nicht, dass es uns diesen Preis wert ist.

Wir kommen seit Jahren in dieses Hotel und es ist schon fast wie heimkommen! Durch den schönen Park strahlt es sehr viel Ruhe aus und man kann sich in der Therme erholen und sich im Spa verwöhnen lassen. Da es eine öffentliche Therme ist, muss man natürlich auch mit Kindern rechnen, die spielen und spritzen. Falls man das nicht möchte, ist es möglich sich im Saunabereich zu entspannen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam.
