"Wonderful friendly administrators! Delicious breakfasts! One thing is confusing: (distance to the thick of things, bus stop nearby, airport 10 minutes walk. Therefore, although not so frequent flights, the audibility is there. But I arrived like crazy:) so I slept like a log. In general, I liked everything!)) There was no refrigerator in the room, but the receptionists kindly offered to put it in theirs!)"

"The room is very, very small, the window faces another wall, and there is air conditioning outside. Breakfast is not selected, but breakfast is actually included. The location is very good, just beside the *** and the beach, the bus can reach it directly. It rained on the day I went, so I probably won’t go live again"

"The breakfast was quite satisfactory. The room was upgraded to a family room with two children. The sofa in the family room can accommodate 2 children, which is very big. At 12 o'clock, the check-in was only given at 2:30, and the late check-out was not given the next day. The location is very good, just across the casino, and it's convenient to go anywhere."

GGuest UserAtrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered.
Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time.
At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave.
At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here.
This hotel is the ”Fawlty Towers” of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

However, the rooms are very small, breakfast is also quite expensive, 20€.
There is also room for improvement in the knowledge of the employees, they booked me a taxi to the airport at a time when the airport was still closed (i.e. 4:45 a.m. but the airport opens at 5:30 a.m.). Not a big deal, I waited outside the entrance for the airport to open but I could have slept a little more :)

The location is absolutely nearby the Beach that taking about few mins walking apart. I would highly recommend to people who are planning in Biarritz
