I stayed 7 nights in this hotel. Great value for location, cleanliness, comfortable rooms and friendly and helpfull host. Location is close to the beach and city center, but is nevertheless quiet. I would definetely recommend even in cold season.

This is a charming hotel. And the important ingredient is the charming couple who run the hotel. The location is close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. Also close to the restaurant Cafe du Commerce which I also recommend. The rooms in the hotel are updated and I loved the breakfast option -- around 9 euros, old school French Continental style. Great to have breakfast before going out for the day. After having two 'not great' AirBnb experiences on this same trip, I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Parc Mazon and the wonderful couple who run it.

The hotel is run by the grigots. Breakfast is in option: never seen before in a hotel. If you haven't reserved you're done. It's better for you as the bathroom is so tiny you need to be anorexic to enter. Much better options in Biarritz (super city if a bit snob)

Accueil détestable... nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour passer un séjour en famille et à peine avoir franchi le seuil de l'hôtel que le gérant nous a foutu à la porte car nous avions un bébé de 10 mois et qu'il ne veut pas de bébé dans son établissement... Honteux !!! Donnez un titre

Hôtel propre, idéalement situé à proximité du centre ville près d'un parc au calme. La promenade de l'océan et les plages sont à moins de 10 minutes à pied. La literie est de bonne qualité, l'hôtelier nous a accueillis chaleureusement, nous recommandons vivement. Yamina et Philippe

Accueil parfait, petit déjeuner excellent et copieux, chambre propre, pas de bruit, bonne literie. Le patron est accueillant et gentil. L'emplacement est également idéal car on est à deux pas de l'océan. Très bon rapport qualité/prix !!

Avis très mitigée sur cet hôtel que nous avons choisi par obligation suite à une annulation de réservation. Le gérant est très agréable et très accueillant. Vous séjournez dans une maison typique à étages sans ascenseur .. ni insonorisation. Nous avions l’impression de partager la nuit et le quotidien des voisins.. Les chambres sont petites mais parfaites pour un court séjour. La salle de bain quant à elle est vraiment trop étroite. L’emplacement est idéal, tout proche du centre de Biarritz à pied. En revanche, le fait de ne pouvoir se garer proche de l’hôtel peut être un réel problème.

Catastrophique. Chambre et salle de bain minuscule. Literie de très mauvaise qualité. Odeur humidité. Le petit déjeuner sans intérêt la corbeille de pain m’a été servie que 20min plus tard… et le pire étant l’accueil du gérant froid et même agressif. Seul point positif proximité avec la plage de Biarritz. Sinon passez vite votre chemin.
