We had a triple room with a terrace for 3 adults, the room was small but was fine for a 2 night break, we didn't spend much time in the hotel. It was lovely to have the terrace for fresh air and to add space to the room. This is a small Hotel and it's centrally located a few minutes walk to the main beach and to bars/restaurants but it is up a hill. I don't think there is a lift in the hotel.

Lovely property. The breakfast is restaurant quality. Highly recommend it. Eggs made to order. Beach & ****** are a 5 minute walk. St Jean de Luz is a quick bus ride. The aquarium & shopping are walking distance. The owner is Geraldine so helpful and charming. We stayed 2 nights. Will return!!

We stayed here for 4 nights after our camping car broke down. I have read many of the previous reviews and to be honest, most booking sites give you the size of the room when you book so it is an oversight of the booker. Prior to motorhoming, we stayed in hotels a lot. We were checked in, without fuss, by one of the most loveliest of receptionists after a pretty stressful time. There was water, a kettle and coffee (not always available) in the room and a great choice at breakfast. WiFi and location made our stay brilliant. We said thank you at the time and want to say that this is a great hotel and would definitely recommend it. Biarritz, wow, we were luck to breakdown here.

We Made a reservation. Came AND found that ir was a very small room, with a very small bed. A very very small bathroom with a fábric curtain for the shower. It was smelly because of the humidity of the small bathroom without window. AND the dump curtain. Check in other Places before coming to this hotel. Or at least see the room. Found a bra hanging un the inside of the bathroom curtain. Clean sheets, clean towels . Cintia was really nice, front desk. Room 103

Nice clean hotel in a great location and the staff were very friendly , would defiantly visit again. The room was a little small ,but worth the money we paid and the air conditioning was great and much needed with the 40+ temperature that weekend .

Lo unico que tiene bueno es la ubicacion. La habitacion estaba parte debajo del suelo, por lo que tenia rejas en la ventana. El aire acondicionado cada poco hacia un ruido, con lo qur nos despertó varias veces por la noche. Además, la habitacion estaba en la misma sala de los desayunos, que empezaban a las 7 de la mañana, imaginaros el ruido de la cafeyera, de la gente, etc, y para finalizar, al recoger las cosas para irnos aparece una cucaracha. Sinceramente, no vuelvo más. La hanitacion 11 no se puede usar como habitacion de alquiler.

Habitación pequeñita y con muy buen aprovechamiento de los espacios! Destaca sobre todo que es céntrico y tranquilo. Nada de ruidos! Todo muy limpio y acogedor ! Excelente calidad precio! Desayuno no incluido y disponible por 14€ … Muy Recomendable
