前台老闆人非常好，有求必應，必須點贊👍床鋪暖和乾淨，水温一直保持火熱，特別舒服。但酒店設施太陳舊了，上樓的樓梯很窄，踩上去就怕滾下去，通道也是臟兮兮的，每個房間的窗口都在通道上，走過去可以看到房間裏的人躺在床上，特別尷尬。房間空氣無法對流，晚上睡着比較悶氣。

服務態度極差，半小時內不讓退款，我們在山上下不了不讓退款，很晚才到酒店，這次出行住過的酒店裡最不滿意的就是這家，理由是#衞生床單和枕套都很臟，枕套是黃黑的！#服務巨差

邊壩的這個菲凡賓館不錯的。邊壩是個不大的縣城，不能用大城市的標準來要求。房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，既有地熱，又有電熱毯，晚上睡得很暖和的。熱水特別好。老闆娘熱情周到，幫我們拿行李，開電熱毯，開電視。賓館門口有停車位的，方便自駕的朋友們。總之就是很滿意。

邊壩，距離昌都約450公里，開車近9個小時，一個高海拔小縣城；菲凡賓館，應該用旅館來衡量，房間就是沒有隔音，居住條件不好，這些都可以理解，但水質不好（黃水，不敢洗澡）不知是何原因？放兩雙女士拖鞋，男人咋辦？一張雙人床、一個寫字枱、一個淋浴+蹲廁，250元一晚真的貴，合理價格不要超180元；退房時沒有見到老闆娘（辦理入住時見過一面），後來電話聯繫開發票，老闆娘很利索辦理；給4顆星一是覺得高海拔地區不容易，二是老闆娘辦事利索。不過邊壩三色湖（尤其是黑湖），值得一看；由於要趕往薩普神山，沒有去其它景點。

很普普通通的一個酒店，這個縣城住上這個酒店還是不錯的。房間乾乾靜靜，衞生還可以，設備用品齊全，熱水好，門前路邊停車很方便，吃飯也方便，老闆熱情，服務態度非常好，謝謝！
