我們住的一樓臨街的三床房，房間內部設施、環境衞生、位置、服務等等都挺好的，但唯一沒有空調，作為低海拔遊客住宿體驗差了一點，因為關窗不能通風透氣很悶，不關窗又太吵，希望能改善一下就完美了。

酒店在邊壩算好的了，就在入城邊，有停車位，電梯，訂的大床房房間雖然不是很大，但設施很好，床品很乾凈，也很舒服，洗澡水很棒，早餐簡單也還能吃飽，服務員很熱情，值得推薦。

這次行程中性價比最低的酒店，衞生間衞生極差，馬桶圈，馬桶墊上肉眼可見的尿漬，不知道衞生怎麼打掃的，停車擁擠不方便，前台彬彬有禮，拒人千里

非常棒的酒店，乾淨衞生，衞生間洗漱間衣帽間分離，房間比較大，裝修的不錯。提供氧氣，就是聲音有點大。有停車場方便停車。總之很不錯的酒店。

晚上入住的時候，家裡人微信掃碼付了按金200快錢、第二天離開酒店工作人員表示後續按金會原路返回🔙…到了下午我問家裡人按金退了沒？家裡人手機微信截圖退了165快、扣了35塊，就剛剛我給酒店打去電話📞結果工作人員稱用了避孕套，我該怎麼説呢，如果説年輕人去酒店你説這話我能理解，兩個老年人都快60多歲了，你看都不看清楚，就説沒用套的話，可能拿走了這樣的話。聲明一下：雖然我這裏不能説老年人不可能用，但是老年人思想觀念落後、都不知道現在有這種東西而且是用來幹嘛的。還説反正房間裏不在這樣話來質疑，我實在不能理解。按理來説不應該這樣質疑感覺被説偷走一樣，那請問那為什麼客人沒走之前你們為什麼不檢查，拿了什麼東西，然後在扣相應的費用呢？説了半天才説加微信在退費用。真是無語至極🙄

1，沒有熱水洗澡，打電話問前台説停電三天了，那為什麼預訂時不通知，當日入住時也不告知？也不及時解決！
2.晚上休息關燈後，電視電燈自行反覆打開，好嚇人。衹有取卡才能睡，什麼設施？

這個酒店也不錯，價格在邊壩不算便宜，但是邊壩兩百左右的酒店跟旅館一樣，電視也不能用，但是這個酒店電視能用房間也乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離還提供一次性馬桶墊
