Feel really bad putting this as a 3 star review as the arrival at reception was excellent and also the service at the hotel restaurant was great which would’ve made it 5 star. What lulls it down is the ski hire shop associated with the hotel. We were presented with 10% discount as we were hotel guests so my wife and I decided to try it out and what a horrible experience it was. I’ve never been treated so badly in my life. The woman sneered and laughed at us when we asked if she spoke English and proceeded to say to her male colleague that we were English/British. We are in fact Scottish but it doesn’t make any difference. We said that we were staying at the hotel and would like to hire some equipment using the 10% discount. The male person rudely said he didn’t understand us and just turned his back and walked away while his colleague stood and laughed and us. The incident was reported to the hotel staff so I’m now waiting on a response from the manager. Clearly the workers within the shop have an issue with British people !! Not a great start to our holiday needless to say.

Very good location, clean, tidy. We came there on Fat Thursday and there were great, tasty donuts :) Nice, intimate hotel with nice service. The only thing I can suggest is coffee in the room. I know it's available on the buffet, but I still like to make a small cup of coffee in the morning as a kick-starter. I can recommend this place with a clear conscience

Very nice place close to the Kotelnica ski slopes. They have ski lockers and small kids club. Hotel is comfortable with clean rooms and attentive and kind service. Breakfast is good, served as buffet with variety of fresh food, fruits and vegetables to choose from. They bake their own bread which is crazy delicious. We ate also dinners which were OK for the price you pay. Overall we were very happy with our 5 days there and will plan to return next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The attitude of the employees at the reception and in the kitchen was amazing. They were attentive to requests with a strong desire to help make our stay pleasant. They helped and tried to take care of everything. The food is delicious and varied both at breakfast and at lunch, the restaurant's menu was also excellent. It was very clean. We got a room on the third floor under the roof, we were wondering if it would disturb us but we didn't feel it and once again we enjoyed Odz, the location is excellent, very close to the ski resort and the hot springs, the shops are also quite close. Thank you

Great modern hotel that you can literally ski from slopes to door and equally close to the Bania thermal spa. Super easy to rent skis as has a shop attached. English speaking team Friendly team in hotel who were so helpful. We travelled with 2 young children (3+5) and the hotel was perfect as they had a kids room full of a vast array of toys. They also had a childminder in one day to play and look after the kids including face painting. We also managed to find a nanny to look after the children each evening so that we could night ski from 5-10pm- though she didn’t speak English the children were very happy. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Best of all was the chef Piotr. My daughter and I have dairy and gluten intolerances, something that we had found hard to cater for in Poland until we arrived in the hotel. Pitor went out of his way to ensure we had the right food to support our needs and even made food off the menu to ensure we had variety. The food was also some of the best we had in Poland. Beautifully presented and some unusual twists. We regularly brought our entourage of friends to our hotel to eat with us :)

Super warunki, cisza,spokój, na nogach 3 min do term Bania, śniadanie wszystko czego potrzeba, świeże owoce, pyszna jajecznica. Wygodne łóżka, balkon z widokiem na termy, przemiła obsługa w recepcji, bogaty wybór dań w karcie restauracji.
