I chose the hotel based on reviews that are completely untrue. The hotel's glory days are long gone, although it is relatively new. The price is very high for the quality you get. There are plenty of cheaper and much better hotels in the area. No swimming pool, very small jacuzzi, steam sauna worked as it should, there was practically no steam in it. Food very average. I got sterile Russian pierogi and when I asked about onion for them, I was told that there were other guests. The restaurant room was empty. Practically no vegetarian options on the menu - everything with meat. It was hard to eat anything. Not very good even pancakes, which I thought could not be spoiled. Very limited choice for breakfast, not even a slice of smoked cheese. Cakes all on the same hoof - you can see to be as cheap as possible. Gingerbread from the supermarket. I went for my first breakfast on Friday, there were pancakes and fried eggs, and on the weekend there was none of that. This is the first time I have encountered that on the weekend, when there was a higher demand, there was less food than during the week. Terrible, undrinkable coffee. Likewise, there was plant milk on Friday and not on Saturday. The cleanliness also leaves much to be desired, I found a tangle in the bedclothes - I guarantee it was not mine, but a long woman's hair stuck to the tiles on the wall in the bathroom. I have short hair myself and I was alone, so it was not mine either. The fridge in the room stank of some smoked, old oscypek. It was obvious that this fridge had never seen cleaning. You also have to ask for towels for the pseudo spa at the reception - they are not available on hand. There are also no lockers in the spa to put your personal belongings. No water dispenser by the saunas. The hotel disappointed me greatly. The only positives are that the lady at the reception was nice, which cannot be said about, for example, the ladies working during breakfast. For this price, it is better to choose another, much better hotel, especially if you already have a proven one. Location-wise, it is also far away and uphill to the shops or the bus stop. It's hard, especially with a suitcase. I don't recommend it.
