Bed and pillow not cleaned properly. Food is too bad. I am waiting for more than 1 hour after ordering the food. The quality also not good

clean bathroom
electric water heater (hot water irrespective of sunshine)
close to the railway station (by auto-rickshaw)
strict with respect to checkout time though.
