They guys don’t know the basic of hoteling! They did not clear our room, when asked why wasn’t it done.. they said we didn’t ask the front desk to clean it! This is really insane level ! Its a basis of hotel buiness when a customer goes out in morning the rooms Housekeeping does the job !

Hotel is located behind the Mall.All the staff were polite and ready to help.Especially kunal in the reception.Their food spread for morning breakfast is awesome.Fridge is available in the room. It would be great if we get smart TV in the room,as ppl from south (Kl and Tn) have very limited options.

We stayed for about 2 days and the stay was totally comfortable. The rooms were good. Beautiful property. Great staff , good food and amazing interiors.. staff is really very friendly and supportive. We had some untimely requests and without a frown they catered to it. definitely staying in this property when coming back next. Keep up the good work. Thank you for the service and the breakfast spread was quite lavish and tasty.

The room was really clean and spacious, the service was fast and had every necessity, the behaviour of the staff was really polite too, would just like the prices for students to be a bit more reasonable, by using student and local ids, the free steam and 1k coupon was very useful, but spa offers for couples should be there, so that it can be availed by people in a more reasonable price, would love to visit again with few more offers.

The service of Vivanta team was fantastic especially Anand, Amiya , anil, sumon , Sumeet I would recommend mutton Kassa, prepared by chef sunil, Sujit, Deepak and team overall ambience was really very nice, very pleasent we loved the experience

The booking doesn't have any terms or conditions about the availability when it comes to the major meal and it should be the visitors choice to pick either lunch or dinner. Can you let me know why I was denied the lunch when I asked during my check-in, instead I was asked to avail dinner. Why was that not mentioned in the email. Like you mention about room Upgrade, late check out etc, as subject to availability. Was such conditions mentioned for the major meal?

We have celebrated wedding anniversary event in Vivanta Bhubaneswar... Had and an wonderful experience... Special thanks to chef Sunil we really liked the Jilebi and Mutton kossa .... Banquet team has provided wonderful service every one enjoyed a lot we would love to visit again. special thanks Amiya Anil,Anand,Rajesh Sumeet....
