The location boasts stunning greenery, while the rooms are impeccable. The hotel staff are courteous, with special mention to Prabhashini from housekeeping who consistently goes above and beyond. The restaurant offers a delightful variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner, thanks to the talented kitchen chefs and restaurant team. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience staying here.

Branchi... Prabhasini...Rati and all staffs are welcoming and gentil . Building of hotel doesn't look lively...Grey colour make it dull and look like a factory..... Room is specious. We took breakfast only. Breakfast is okay okay. L.....

Restaurant ambience and hygiene were very well…the staff was very friendly especially Prabhasini & Pankaj were very helpful… food quality & Taste were felt us like they were home made..and the varieties they choose to make at buffet very amazing…. Thank you so much

The stay was good and staff is courteous. Pankaj helped us in dining and we really enjoyed our time. And all staff was helping and special lobby, gym, and bar area was very beautiful and I am very happy stay happy thank you ginger Chintu chef was very good cook

It was a great stay . Starting from the Reception Team was very Helpful & polite Specially Priyanka & Monali was exceptional , always smiley faces . Room Was very comfort , ambience was very beautiful . Bar ambience was too great . looking forward to visit again .

Sukant panda and subasish were diligent and courteous. They were quick to service requests made by me. Thank you so much for your service. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Breakfast menu could have more options. Currently they serve south indian, fruits, beverages (hot and cold). Can include few north indian options as well

I had my reception party in ginger & the hotel managed preety well. The food was perfect & every item was present till the end. Also special thanks to the chef Biswanath who made every process so smooth & the *** is gem of a person who went over their limit to set the ambiance perfect.Overall i had a very excellent experience..
