No restaurant n rooms were also very small n no pool as they have shown this doesn’t fit to 3 star also

The hotel service exhibited significant shortcomings, as the restroom door emitted a distressing sound, and the misting system and showers were found to be unacceptably unclean. In addition, there were issues with fluctuating electricity. In summary, the overall experience was unsatisfactory.

The stay was fabulous. The room service provided was very nice. The staff was very cooperative and had treated all of us very nicely. The room services was amazing. The best thing about the stays was the ambience of the room and hotel. The fully automatic system in the room made more and more attractive.

It was horrible experience. Rooms ac are not good. I was freezing in cold. They do not replace blanket sheets. There were mosquitoes and they denied to give all out etc. Room service is not polite. They even do not know how to make invoices
