Casa offers an exceptional experience with its warm and inviting ambience. The staff is incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. The food is delicious, crafted with care, and offered at very reasonable prices, making it a perfect choice for a delightful stay. Highly recommended!

1. Basic amenities (dental kit, bathroom slippers etc) not being provided in a 4 star hotel is unacceptable. 2. Number of things shown avaliable during booking are not actually available (swimming pool, kids play area. 3. Construction work was going on at the property. Entire night some sound kept coming (hammering and other such sounds.

Rooms was comfortable. But limited breakfast. No pool access. They said it is on maintenance. But i saw it was filled with full of water but they didn't allowed. Morning 6am people came into turn and started playing and they were shouting badly. Which disturbed us.

hotel is rated 4 🌟 while there is no toiletries in bathroom in breakfast they have no seating arrangement u have to stand and eat no variety in breakfast overall experience is not good

The receptionist who worked on different shifts said different things and created a chaos, basic things like toothpaste etc wasn’t provided. Was charged extra for breakfast even tho it was included. Early check in was mentioned and informed while booking still we had to wait for 3 hours. The room was good and spacious but the service was bad

The stay was good. Room was clean and comfortable, however there was a weird smell in the bathroom. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was basic with cereal, bread toast, milk and tea. Overall, a good experience. Good for short stays.

Rooms conditions are good more effort required towards cleanliness. It took around 15 min for hot water to come after opening the tap/ shower. Breakfast area needs to improve. Management can provide a better sitting area with table and chair to have breakfast. Quality of breakfast was average.
