A very good South Indian thali. Good portions. Liked the mutton sukka a lot. Chicken chettinad was not all that flavourful. The consistency and the taste of this dish should be improved. The same goes for the mutton gravy.The staff was welcoming and the service was also prompt. The filter coffee was exceptional.

Great service and hospitality. Good food. I recommend the Vegetable Augratin / Baked Vegetable For parties and dinners i recommend Malai Kofta, Chicken Kadai and rotis. Mr.Baghel , Mr. Katare have been great hosts for the multiple parties we have organized here since many years. I am a cancer patient and I totally trusted the hygiene.

I get a home-like feeling in Hotel Palash Residency.. I do not feel like I have gone out somewhere.. the food here, the behaviour of the staff, quick room service, if I have any issue then they resolve it immediately...all the services of the hotel are unbeatable...I have never felt such experience in any other hotel...I highly recommended. If you are thinking of outing then definitely stay at this hotel...or feel like home ..Enjoy it at outside...fully satisfied...and happy☺️

All Service was good . I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel . They are very cooperative & wel manage meetings & training. Cleaning & hygiene maintain all time. Taste of food is excellent. I give full marks to hotel palash residency

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Palash Residency. This is good location for a solo traveller visiting the city. The staff at the hotel were great, the two young ladies at the desk were really efficient, and super helpful. They helped organise my various trips, to places as far away as Bhimbetka, Bhojpur and Sanchi. Thanks for your help! :) The South Indian restaurant has delicious food (I recommend the uttapams), again, lovely staff, and the bar, Flamez, is fun, I like the decor.

Excellent and friendly staff and hospitality. very helpful front desk and security staff (always friendly and ready to assist) rooms are neat and tidy and well kept (with room service) air conditioning very welcome in the heat good restaurants and food.

Comfortable stay and pleasant experience. The young ladies at the reception, and at the breakfast buffet were very helpful and efficient...excellent customer service. Many thanks. Rooms are spacious but could do with some upgradation. Area in the washroom for bathing is a little small.

This is an excellent place to stay and relax. Right from the moment you step out of our car at the entrance of the Palash Residency, you are greeted with love and affection. You are cordially received at the Front Desk to complete the formalities. Then you are led to cosy, modern and well groomed room. Every staff shall meet with a smile. Excellent breakfast. Overall a great ambience. Homelike feeling. Rooms with all modern facilities. Best wishes to Palash Residency team.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained. All the amenities are available. Staff is trained and courtious. Clean property. Good to see great hospitality. Breakfast is healthy and good. Spent quality time here. Recommend to others. Come and enjoy
