Best hotel wonderful stay luxury hotel with ok amenities we stayed here with family my kids love there food nd we recommend others as it was really tasty nd nonveg was awesome I must suggest one who stay try it located near railway station busy road but good connectivity with safe environment nd polite helpful staff we thanks central park to make our stay comfortable

Certainly not a good hotel. We were not told that we would have to pay service fee extra on water and food. Location is not good too. I couldn't find any pure vegetarian restaurant nearby and the food was unavailable in the hotel.They didn't have any breakfast option. They charged Rs 33 for a Rs 20 water bottle(because of service fee about which we were not informed). The autos nearby were charging 1.5 times of an OLA and the manager was also persuading us to go in that auto. I don't recommend you this hotel.

At the time of checkin Manager shubham who is on night shift take booking and finalize the booking at 3750 for 2 days , he didn't mentioned that taxes would be seperately applicable. - In the morning we went out for some work we request room cleaning which was not done at all while we came back and saw it was as it is dirty ,the only thing he added in the room was a fresh towel that's it. - we had some food as well in the hotel same for which hotel manager or service team didn't mentioned that service fee will be additionally chargeable. - at the time of checkout ,i asked receptionist for bill ,while she told about additional charges which was not all mentioned by any of the hotel staff when i denied to pay extra charges There was a stupid and unprofessional guy who is pretending to be the manager Akshay Mehra he talk rubbish i simply asked why would i pay extra for something which was not mentioned by your team. And Mr Akshay mehra trying to teach me that why wouldn't i asked him before about all the charges . - Let me remind you Mr. Akshay mehra it is the duty of the hotel team that they should clear all the charges with tranperancy while taking checkin it is your duty to inform about all the charges not the customer. -One of the worst hotel in Bhopal i recommend not to visit this hotel to everyone. - And the food bill whivh they had given me is without tax because i denied to pay room service fee which was not informed to me. - It is illegal that you are not giving the proper bill and try to save tax from government. - Because food amount mentioned in your food menu is always included with gst you cannot charge extra service fee in it. - Manager Akshay Mehra doesn't deserve to hold such position in the company i recommend management team of Hotel central park kindly take appropriate action on him or else i will take this issue to consumer forum.
