Great hotel building with good rooms. It's slightly less spacious, though. Custom service was average as i requested a shower get which never arrived. The food was very good.

Mr Vijay that was good person to attend the all things. His service really good. His behaviour was very positive and politely.

Only the Restaurant staff and food is best in the hotel. Mr. Anoop Kumar, Amit, Vijay, Deepak, Rohit, Rosemani, Ankita and Neha the staff from the restaurant were very accomodating and helpful during my stay. They not only make me feel comfortable but also made sure as a mother guest how I should be felt as home. Thank you so much for the delicious food and your warm hospitality F&B department. I would like to express a regret of choosing the hotel which has termite in rooms and to my shock the management does not know this, while the housekeeping staff has raised the issue but still the hotel decides to allot rooms which are shabby, filthy and full of termites. Please potential companies and travellers make sure to check the rooms thoroughly before check in because when you will ask for upgrade these people will not only provide filthy rooms but will also charge you as they charged me 13k extra for 12 days of stay. They will not compensate the health issues which your family faces. My child and me both are suffering from brain fog and breathing issues due to termite in our room. They are not bothered for anything.

Room good But room offered without checking all amenities (towels were not there) Hotel offer water in glass bottle which is of very poor quality as in just one tilt it broke for which you have to pay 150. Which is unhygienic too you never now in such bottle who and how it is used before.

Stayed here for 1 night in November whilst visiting Bharuch and the Regenta Central Harimangla. Beautiful and stunning hotel: exquisite facilitates and a huge room with excellent facilities throughout the complex. Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the hotel. Mr.Himanshu in Housekeeping Department As a Executive he told me many things about the location and the hotel. I would like to thank the entire housekeeping team, they made my stay so good. Again Thanks Entire property and management in the same type of price bracket as a Gujrat hotel. Cleanliness:- 10/10 Hospitality:- 10/10

Very nice service, best hospitality, fined welcome by Ms.Reena and Mr.Suman. delicious food, very clean hotel and room, cleaning staff is also very cooperative, the name of cleaning staff is Mr.Ravi, Ms.shefali and Ms.Champa. I thanks all of them. Very safe and enjoyable stay with my family.
