Shower was not working, washroom was not clean, no water supply, changed 3 rooms, still same complains in all the room, staff behaviour was not good in assisting customers, long waiting time to cah ge the room

The hotel is conveniently located in bhilai, with clean and spacious rooms. However, the constant vehicle noise from outside disrupted sleep, which was disappointing. The staff was courteous, and room service was prompt. While the hotel offers good value for money, upgrading room soundproofing and adding leisure facilities would enhance the experience. The suite room was very spacious. They offer bathtub as well.

Hotel himalaya park in bhilai i appreciated its central location, reasonable prices, and amenities like free wi-fi, air conditioning and breakfast services and good service and cleanliness, making it a decent option for events or short stays

Worst experience i ever had staying in hotel. Hotel is pathetic, bedsheets blankets are not clean, bathrooms and toilet jet are awful Seriously disappointed and later when i call customer care then they are offering me rs 300 coupon rather than solving my problem. What should i do with his 300 as my day was ruined completely. There was so much noise, i can't even sleep. Blankets are full of bubbles and let me just tell u this is the condition of room after they changed it. First room which they provided feels like a small box with tiny bathroom. Horrible experience from hotel

1) they provided without reading the documents, in which it mention the type of room, i selected deluxe room but the gave to me classic room, that was really a mess. 2) it doesn't contain mini fridge. 3) room was okay, but they should have read things properly.
