My room smells very bad, even the washroom is also not clean and badly getting smelly. Tv also not workable because they replied to the set-up box machine gets damage even gets electric shocked also i got it. Very very bad experience in this hotel that's why we left in the evening at 5. 00pm approximately because of this condition room they had provided and we can't stay the whole night. Even as i asked the wifi they replied on my same floor the wifi machine not working, then when we entered the room there is no water bottle provided, not even toilet paper, even the fridge also not working, in the room have coffee machine kettle but there is no coffee powder packet only sugar packets was there this is the very very bad experience i got it. Seriously this is hotel not a maintained properly and not a good service.

Their ambience is good but they don't maintain this property as they were maintaining this before. Their service is not up to the mark as it was new. In my last three experiences i had to ask repeatedly for services which they should have done before check in such as they should have provide toiletries before check, i had booked room with refrigerator but the did gave me another room telling me we don't have available rooms with refrigerator and iron even after they gave me booking with those amenities, in last booking there was a refrigerator but it wasn't clean etc

Room and toilet was not cleaned properly. Charging sockets are not working. Water heater was not working. Fridge was removed.

Internet not working since ages and also the bed sheet and towels at torn and need not to be used thus replaced. Feeling they are looking for some overall modification thus not doing anything on existing infra

Hotel swastick was just terrible. Most unhygienic place i have ever seen. The whole hotel smelt of cigarette smoke and dampness. The rooms were dirty and had not been cleaned. Bed sheets were dirty and stained. No towels were provided or were available. No inhouse kitchen or food provision. Plates and cutlery were extremely tacky. To sum it up. Most horrible hotel i have ever been to. Thanks

Rooms was okay. Need to be maintained well. Room is spacious and bed was comfy. Wall were damages and receptionist not provided gst invoice.

The room we had booked was not ready. So we waited for 20 min. Later on the room given to us had no hot water service, electric kettle was missing, all we hd was the stand, the towels were pathetic. I have been there before and the experience has always been great but this time i was very disappointed
