Zero on cleanliness, hygiene, and all other services. Rooms were smelling, not cleaned properly, beds were but of dust. Room service was very difficult.

Stay was very good, room was spacious food was good only one thing is lacking there is no staff to take your luggage to room. &assist your while going to room, they only give you key of room you have to search yourself where your room is located. So only this thing is lacking. Otherwise everything is awesome.

Hotel service was good but no access to pool or gym was given. We .All the info about the buffet system, pool service, gym etc. Were false and they didn't do anything about it. Really disappointed.

One of the best hotel in bathinda. The staff was responsive and quick in their services. They serve very humbly and happily. Seriously i am overwhelmed by their friendly attitude towards the guest. Make my family more comfortable during the whole stay

The internet was not working the during my stay & i reported the about it to the reception. They informed me that it cannot be fixed & if i have to attend any meeting then i need to step out then the internet will work which is not acceptable. Till my checkout internet was not working & i was not able to do any meeting due to non availability of internet. So going forward i will not choose to stay in stella hotel, bhatinda.
