The photos do not represent the actual rooms. I’m assuming they must be from another in their chain. We booked 10 nights and left very early the next morning after suffering one night. Never packed so quickly in my life. The room was so dirty. The dust would set any asthmatic off. Our daughter’s option of bedding was a manky old green bobbly blanket. Six hangers on a small pole behind the door was our wardrobe offering. The shower had a life of its own. There were stains on the floor. I dread to think. No plug. Stained plug hole. Dubious looking hair in the tray. I could continue… Right in the middle of an industrial estate, so either a bus or taxi is in order if you like to have an alcoholic beverage. The receptionist on the other hand was one of the most politest, friendliest and respectful ladies I have encountered. An absolute credit to the company. She deserves a better work place than that. Very disappointing but we’ve ended up, many thank yous to my partner who sourced a superb little apartment in the middle of Béziers. We love it. Love the area as well.

J'ai reserve 2 chambres pour une nuit dans cet hotel pour ma famille, malgre mon message d'arrivee a 16H , personne pour nous accueillir , bien evidement pas de reponse a mon message pour me prevenir que l'enregistrement se ferait par machine. Cette machine n' a pas fonctionné avec mon numero de reservation booking, il a fallu appeler et une personne pas sympa m'a donné les codes d'acces. Merci le teletravail... Personne le soir , ni le lendemain a 8h; PAR CONTRE QUELLE SURPRISE DE VOIR 3 CHAMBRES PRELEVEES AVEC UNE RESERVATION DE 2 SUR BOOKING!!! Bien sur nous avons ete remboursé, mais sans geste commercial et apres 2 mails et 2 appels. TRES PRO!

Hôtel facile d'accès, bien entouré sur une zone commerciale. Prix un peu élevé sur le mois d'août mais les chambres ne sont pas mal du tout, très propre. L'hôtel était calme, le parking gratuit est assez dimensionné. Je n'ai pas eu d'interaction avec le personnel car mon arrivée était en dehors des heures d'ouverture. Je n'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner mais juste une critique sur la machine à café : le chocolat chaud infecte qui avait le gout de.....café (et je suis certain de ne pas m'être trompé, le deuxième était tout aussi dégueu) :)

Séjour de 2 nuits chambre 217 L’hôtel informe une rénovation mais qui demande une rerénovation ; moquette un peu fatigué , peinture de chambre avec tache et trace d'humidité , lino SDE taché , ou bien faire revenir l'entreprise avec un contrôle des travaux . La chambre est petite mais la douche a une taille XXS avec des traces de moisissures , pas de changement des serviettes entre les 2 nuits mais remplacement du gobelet à dent ? Petit déjeuner bien mais un seul sorte de pain et un service par un seul personne qui fait multi tache avec un problème de réapprovisionnement à l'heure d'affluence , un même journal quotidien a fait les 3 jours du séjour . Ayant l'habitude de séjourner dans cette chaîne pour sa prestation de service et son rapport qualité prix , je déplore cet établissement qui en dénote le groupe . Désolé pour cette mauvaise appréciation mais en espérant que cela serve à une amélioration

- Forte odeur d'égout dans la chambre (syphon ?). - la clim ne fonctionne qu'en 3ème vitesse. - flexible de douche cassé à la jonction avec la doucette. - moisissures dans la cabine de douche. Malgré deux signalements à la réception qui m'assure faire le nécessaire et un autre au personnel de ménage, rien n'a été réglé pendant mon séjour
